1. Installation Clearance: When installing the cylinder, strictly follow the inlet/outlet position dimension to ensure sufficient operational clearance between the cylinder and the machine slider, preventing interference during operation.
2. Interface Compatibility: The connections between the variable frequency motor, encoder synchronous pulley, and the stroke adjustment worm must be precisely matched to ensure correct transmission and synchronization.
3. Stroke Requirement: The working stroke of the hydraulic cylinder must be designed longer than the maximum stroke of the bending machine slider to avoid mechanical failure or damage.
4. Pressure Limit: The hydraulic system pressure must never exceed the cylinder’s rated pressure. Contact our technical department for applications requiring higher pressure.
5. Operating Speed: The recommended operating speed is below 80mm/s under normal conditions. For higher speed requirements, clearly state the technical specifications in the order.
