1. Ensure sufficient working clearance between the machine slide block and the hydraulic cylinder based on the provided oil port dimensions.
2. Compatible motor and decoder interfaces must match the input and output shafts of the stroke adjustment worm gear.
3. The cylinder's working stroke exceeds the maximum stroke of the bending machine slider—overstroke usage is strictly prohibited.
4. System pressure must not exceed the cylinder's rated pressure. For special requirements, please consult our technical team.
5. Standard operating speed is ≤80mm/s. Custom speeds can be specified in the order technical requirements.
6. External connection dimensions can be customized upon request.
7. Optional encoder base or micro switch base available to suit specific needs.
